3 points collected last year on a mobile camera on thorpe road, howden. Apparently I should have known the speed change from 40mph down to 30 by the 3 lamp post on the right hand side of the road. Basically it was a setup. No offer of speed awareness course. So thats SP30, £60 and 3 points, £45 on insurance and god knows how much more for the next 3-4 years.
