Halfords do some keys called "Euro removal" or something like that - basically the flat ones that look suitable.
There are two in a pack - you only need the one pack, most people think you need 2. (Actually, if you're really good, you only need 1 key!)
Open the glove box, and reach in, you can feel the back of the radio.
Insert the key into the top left (it only works 1 way, and I cannot remember which). As you insert the key, push the radio forwards, it should move forwards a little bit, releasing it from the lock. If not, try again/try the key the other way.
Then do the bottom left (but keep pushing to stop the top left from locking again).
After that, do the other side (still pushing from the glovebox), and that's you.
Only thing is, if you don't get it released the keys can jam a bit and require a bit of force to get them out. I've had my radio out 4-6 times, and always managed using this method...
