hi my passenger seat handle is broken hw much would ford rob me to fix it as its not under warenty, but i have already had it fix once under warrenty,

What do you mean, "It's not under warenty" , if you had it repaired once it should still be under guarentee.

This is such a common fault with ALL Fiestas they should replace it again without a word said.

maybe its part of 1 year warranty like the seat, but if it been already change once that mean there a fault therefore should be change again for free

assume you mean the reclining seat handle on top of the seat shoulder. Mine stuck recently but managed to free it, have now seriously greased up both hooks and bars at bottom of each side of the seat and the handle is much looser now so hopefully I wont break mine, doesn't seem to be a cable or mechanism problem, might just be that the hook(s) weren't machined down enough, if it happens again I might try some emery paper on the hooks and remove some paint/metal. Hope that helps. (ford mechanic looked at it and said would have to have it in and take it out and replace it.........)

mine jammed again, after shaking the seat violently I managed to release the handle and recline the seat, have now sanded the paint of both bars at the bottom of the seat where both hooks lock onto (might be worth filing the hooks too) , so far after a few weeks the seat handle is still working and not jamming.
