On leave all week, miserable weather, had enough and going back in tommorrow, might as well save my leave for whenever summer arrives, all started last saturday when I Collinite'd my car and as normal rains almost immediately I finish. Wanted to do some nice bike rides in the Lakes this week and weather just hasn't been good enough to bother going, managed a short drive/ride today not far from home. At least the Tour De France is on telly ITV4 7.00pm, It's "Millar Time" can he get into the Yellow Jersey after his fine 2nd place in the TT yesterday.

I'll not read that then until after 8.00pm............... Well done the lad from Isle of Man, one of his team mates who is not riding but did the Giro Bradley Wiggins is in an event I am riding in a few weeks, it was cancelled a few weeks ago and rescheduled not sure if Brad will be Track training now though so might not be able to compete, I would have wooped him anyway.............not Bring on the mountains.

sometimes see Brad pedalling a huge gear up some of the hills around where I cycle, Trough of Bowland. As for CFS, I really hope someday you recover fully, my mate had this and he was a top club rider winning a fair amount of events and titles, the only way back is rest, and riding little and often, sometimes he could only ride gently for 15mins and that was enough. He is now back cycling and racing to a good standard. I know there is a lot on the Net about this and much you can do to help return back to some form of decent health.

Thanks for the support and kind words Rick I appreciate it. Yes ME is grouped with CFS, I've come across people who've suffered with it for over twenty years, I believe 4 years is an average time to suffer with it. I've been suffering for around 2 years now, I only found out about CFS a couple of months ago from a guy at the job centre! until then I was told I had depression. This gives a good description http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chronic_fatigue_syndromeI hope you get sorted out with a new job soon. Cheers Stuart
