I'm looking at buying an ST in blue, possibly an 07 plate. I love the blue cloth trim inside the leather outer part and it comes with the blue patches on the dashboard. I am wondering whether it is worth the extra outlay for full leather or going back to a 56 plate to get full leather for the same price as part leather on an 07 plate. Full leather is generally considered a cut above and the full leather in the ST gets heated seats as well. I want to know what you guys and gals think to my dilema and what you would recommend.
Also if any of you have got full leather, have you had any problems with the heated seats feature?

i love my full leather, wipes clean and looks great! the heated seats are fantastic, never had a problem warming my arse over winter and they seem to warm up pretty quick too. i did have a slight problem with the button that controls the heated drivers heat, i managed to spill pepsi in that area and the button ended up getting stuck on heated mode but it worked loose and all is fine!
i wanted full leather over half because my kids would have wrecked the cloth for sure. so far they have spilled alsorts on the leather and its just wiped straight off leaving no marks anywhere.
im not a fan of the blue dash so thats another reason i wanted the leather

I didn't opt for leather. Probably wouldn't have paid the extra anyway but I am more than happy with my half leather. Newer car would be my preference.

I'm with JJST on this one. I think the half leather looks fab, the blue trim looks really good against the black shoulders in my opinion.

I love the half leather in mine. If I had bought mine from new I wouldn't have opted for full leather, I think half and half looks much nicer.

The full leather is a nice luxury, but I dont see its worth it in a new car... Im making the same decision at the moment. The leather doesnt seem to be as nice in the warmer weather, burnt backs and sweaty behinds!

I love my leather too, was a bonus when I ordered the car didn't know it had it, its great in the winter everyone fights for my front seat lol
But my only problem is that it seems to retain the heat and burns my back in the summer

half leather on mine and if im honest i dont think you need the full leather. newer car be more of a priority for me,
