can someone help me out here, looking to get upgraded bulbs for my ST and have been looking on e-bay for a bargin.

Would these fit and be better than the standard ones??

Cheap 'blue' bulbs = RUBBISH. Been there.

I put Osram Night Breakers in my motorbike headlights and they are much better at night than the OEM lamps...the ones I have are H7 on the bike for the think its the H4's you need

cheers guy, so does this mean that for my ST i only need one set of bulbs to do the dipped beam and headlights??

just put Phillips Extreme Power in mine, (probably the link above), carbulbsdirect.com have just reduced them to £22 from £32 and you get free side lamps too. The sides are Phillips Blue vision, but do not shine blue. Both sets are much better than factory fitted particulary the sides which are now very bright. The light is still yellow-ish but closer to a more natural light than the previous poor factory fitted ones. If you want to go brighter, try PIA, you will pay £50/£60 for these but they are impressive, had them on a prior car. I can recommed the Phillips, a very good upgrade for little cost.
