good,,, do you need a stand alone ECU,,,,, i like the idea of a supercharger a friend of mine has one on a 106 pug and its awesome on track.

Thanks ST Mike,, its good that the standard ECU can be mapped it saves a lot of effort and expense fitting a stand alone ecu.

Just a little update, inlet on and mapped and made 232bhp with 6 psi of boost.

Next up, supercharger cams and more boost

your new cosworth inlet, you know you have to mod your power steering pot(where you fill it up) to make it fit.

thats the baby. i was told he just melted his and pushed it into postion. dont no if thats true. how are you guna mod yours to fit?

ie: crank, rods and pistons,, sure i read somewhere that 2.0l duratec was only good for about 200bhp reliably before needing stronger bottom end etc.

my mate said he saw that, he showed me pics last nite he had of it on his cam, he did say i mite get wet, en he was rite.lol, he said i would fall in love, i am jealous.
there was another st there as well, a 2.5 one. so how did you mod that power steering bit? theres some a word going round jam sport are supercharging there 2.5 st , and it should see 400bhp.

jamsport did it but it is melted, just waiting on some to be made that fit properly

The 2.5 is supercharged and being run in and will be over 400 when it's fully mapped
