Have you have a problem with your car not long after you've driven away, which should have been picked up during the PDI?

For example, the steering wheel is not quite centre when driving on a level no-cambered road, or other samll issues.

Did this disappoint you and take the joy out of having the car and did the dealer sort the problem out straight away?

Gandalf - I had the tracking and balancing problems (I've posted here wth pics I think on the Technical bit). One rear wheel had no weights at all and all the others were out a bit. The tracking was "quite a bit out but [they've] seen worse", according to the people I had do it.

I didnt really have any major problems that should have been picked up in the PDI though.

I've had a rattling nearside rear seat belt roller which is a tad annoying which I guess may need to be taken to the garage for them to look at.

I'll have a prod around and see if I can resolve myself. Apart from that nothing else at the moment (touch wood)

Can't say I've had any problems with mine, tbh. The only slight issue was the lack of oil that was in it, but then I wouldn't necessarily expect it to be full up anyway.

You're meant to put 5w30 in but I had a half litre of 10w30 in the garage so I stuck that in (its ok according to the handbook). It was Castrol GTX Magnatec, I think. I bought it ages ago for my 206.

Cheers parksey. Gonna zip up to halfords in a mo so I'll get what the book recommends along with a chamois leather.
