Soft High Stretch 3-Layer bonded fabric:

Outer - Body/Trim windproof & water resistant polyester/spandex.
Mid - TPU breathable membrane.
Inner - Microfleece for extra warmth, Lightweight climate control for dry, cold outdoor activities.
