Anyone had a problem with their electric windows?

I've just had a new window regulator fitted under warranty. I had no idea it was broken but they apparently noticed it when it was serviced recently. Now every time the window gets to the closing point, rather than smoothly stopping it it makes a 'clonk' sound as if something gets caught in the door card. Sounds like the noise is coming from near the door handle

They stripped it down earlier and it worked fine but 1 hour later the noise is back

Anyone else had this?

Also do the door cards just pull off or is there hidden screws?

Take it back and make them do it properly.

Interested to hear if anyone else has encountered this. I must be something very simple yet they couldnt fix it properly. Grrrr!
