the plugs will outlast the standard ford ones by many many miles so perhaps good value. sw note to self always remind garage not to replace them on service

I am using NGK IRIDIUM plugs and the earth strap Dave T suggested, the plugs are supposed to be good for 60,000 miles and the tickover is spot on.

went upto Santa Pod yesterday and had a nice 18 runs down there my 1st time was 17.8 secs... but i did manage to get that down to a steady 16.0s most of the runs but my best was a 15.8 secs i was well chuffed with that! i bumped into another ST down there and he was running 182bhp n he was .2 sec quicker, he had k&n, full miltek and cams.

Does that mean you raced a focus ST and beat it but what if something wasn't right with it or didn't get proper traction, wrong tyres etc etc? Just saying Be good to get a time of a MR200 0-60 0-100 is there one? Saying that your car should be better off the line than standard anyway Power is about right though How does your torque compare to the cosworth inlet?
