I will post this in the proper topic later but for now if anyone can help good money will be paid.
My rubber bung is missing from the rear of my headlamp unit it was there recently I am sure, make of that what you will !
Anyway Ford say you can not order one, so has anyone for example upgraded their headlamp unit and would be willing to part with the bung from their original one ?

Not sure what you mean, but i am sure i have bought one of them from fords before.
I up graded my lights to the face lift ones and i am sure i bought one. Can you give any more details, i could be on about a different thing.

Also getting my fogs and around the grill colour coded next week, i'll take a pic when it is all done.

if you want to access the bulbs in the unit then this is from the rear, the unit is sealed with a large round grey rubber bung, just press fits in/out.
have a look at the rear of the headlight units and you will see the bung.

They're the same on a pre-facelift and fusion, see if there's one in a scrappy

Or pop to a dealer, ask to have a look at a car on display and nick it off that when they ain't looking

The pre-face lift ones are different coz i still have mine but advertsiing them on ebay soon.
