Is it just me or is tar remover effort to use

Anyone got a tip on ho to get tar off for a lazy person like myself?
My mate used petrol but dont fancy the idea. spirit whites?

Tar remover for me
On a cloth cover the area and leave it for a decent amount of time
Finger nail in a cloth and they come off easy
Just keep on top of them then there isn't a much too do!

What do you mean tyre paint?
If you mean the sidewalls I use wet and black

Car Plan Tyre Slik. Better than Meg tyre Gel. Depends on whether you prefer a gel of a spray though.

I'll have to go against Stuart and say I like the Meguires Gold High Endurnace tyre gel. The first couple of times I used it it took a little time, but once I worked out how to use it, and how much I needed I found it a doddle. It obviously takes longer than giving a quick spray with back-to-black etc, but I find it looks more impressive and stays shiny for much longer. The bottle also seems to never go down much, even though I use it all the time I've had the bottle two years and still loads left lol.

Chris, I never said I didnt like the megs stuff I just prefer the tyre slik. If I was given either I'd be happy as larry!
