Dal once on an RS can't take a dump valve off the engine goes bonkers apparently not worth risking it just for a bit of noise

My opinion is no do not do it these cars should be left as they came out of the factory imo.

Wastegate all the way! How an RS should sound. You can get idle problems having a BOV fitted. Ask yourself...Did Ford fit one?

jarw101 they don't fit alot of things to cars put people still put them on...

Its quite a big debate this one. I've been watching some youtube vids on this also. I guess my wastegate can't be heard so much from outside the car... i don't know? The dumpvalve is loud and obviously shows it has a turbo but maybe it;s a little OTT? Also it could cause idle and pressure problems...

Tbh if there is possibility of stuff going wrong is it really worth it...
As you said in another post its a 5 year old car and so plenty that can go wrong with it...can you afford to fix anything that does go wrong?
