How is this fixed, cud it be a lose wire or bad bulb? Also if so, how to you actually remove it to see wots wrong?

The 2 side brake lights are working fine btw.

Probably the bulb mate, look in your owners manual it tells you how to change it, its not to difficult.

I thought this was an LED?

We got it out, there are 2 rubber gromets, take them out
then use flat screwdriver to undo 2 clips inside and it comes out
Nope it is a bigish bulb which had blown!
