Where are these located?Does the st have an IAT sensor?or MAT sensor I was told these were located around air box but I have an induction kit on so where are they?

There's a combined one on the ST
MAPT (Manifold Absolute Pressure and Temperature) sensor is located just below/behind the throttle body.
