just called ford to book my car in for getting the alarm fixed under warrenty, and also about the horn. i phoned the first ford garage becuase they have good reviews, when on the phone i told her the problems and she said id have to pay for them to plug the computer into it as the cars not from this dearlership.

me being me, how should i pay for it the cars under warrenty and somethings went wrong, ive even got the ford broadcast number if you would like it...erm well we dont know how long the car will be plugged into the computer for.......

that call ended in the phone being hung up!!

I paid £45 for them to run a diagnostic on something I already knew...

thats the thing the woman on the first call said thats what id have to pay for even though i know what the problem is. but found the garage the car came from called them so wont have to pay anything

That's ridiculous. I wouldn't pay a penny under warranty! They should diagnose it and fix it!

At bmw I took mine in for the fuel tank to be looked at as it was overflowing when filled to the brim. When I took it in they asked if there were any other problems. I said it sometimes squeaks going over road humps, they changed the bushes for me at the same time as fixing the fueltank pipe which had cracked, really pleased with the service, especially as the car is almost four years old.

its too tone u honk honk and the first honks loud and the second its faint and sounds like the horn has a loose wire somewhere
