I'm looking to upgrade my Fiesta ST with this mod, I currently have the 57i KN and the Milltek flexi pipe. I know I will have a better performance if I upgrade to a full Milltek exhaust system, but don't have enough budget , so for now I will like to know if:

1. With my current config I will expect some BHP gain (like 3 or 4 bhp) adding the Catback ?

2. Is easy to fit (like the Flexi pipe nuts and bolts) or do I need to cut in the CAT section?

1. Small.. I'd estimate at around 5-10 bhp. I had a 57i, Milltek flexi & cat back and was lucky to get 168bhp (on 2 seperate rolling roads).

2. You'll have to cut it after the CAT section because as the name suggests the cat back is everything from the cat... back..! You'll need a sleeve to go over the join. My car has Mikalor clamps fitted.

how much is the cat back? i'v been thinking about one of these for myself??

The Milltek is around 330-410 and depends if you want the Non-Resonated or Resonated version.

I personally go for the Non-Resonated Cat-Back (Blackline Tip) which costs around 360
