What you reckon best oil to use is?

getting full service, buying service kit from fordparts uk, mates dad is doing it and stamping the book for me as he works at a garage.

5w30 semi synthetic Formula E from Ford

do you know how much it is roughly?

im going to put in half decent stuff, as the engine wont hopefully wont be there for long

Just go to Ford and buy the proper oil

could be worng but im sure i got told at some point its Castrol that supply ford/motorcraft

Is the: '5w30 semi synthetic approved oil' from 'Halfrauds' any good ladies and gents?

Well the drums of stuff we've got lying around at work are actually Texaco

I went to a motor factors and got some 5w30, thats what bipped up on there machine and it was buy a gallon and get a litre bottle free I think I got a bit to much tho as I've only put in 1 litre since I got the car and now have 5 spare litres lying about
