Hi Guys

Finally following the group and going to add an badge to the front of my car. Couple of things:

A) Where is the best & most popular placement?

B) What adhesive did you guys use and with what effects? i.e. used pritstick and it was poo

As it's going to have water running all over it day and night i'd suggest a waterproof adhesive, get yourself down to B&Q.

Placement in the middle of the front grill, to the right or left of the ford badge.

Some poeple have them on the lower grill which looks pretty cool too. ScottyST any brands you recommend or B&Q own? I'm thinking against superglue due to the potential 'blooming' on the surrounding area

You might even get away with Superglue - it will be cheaper also. You can get the instant bond stuff for a few quid. I recently bought some for something else accidently stuck my fingers together. It's seriously strong stuff! Wouldn't worry too much about the mess as i'd image the badge will cover most of it?

kenny - did that leave any of the white bloom marks on the plastic grill where you put it?

Stuck mine to the front lower grill on the passenger side, just used the adhesive backing that the badge has already on the back of it.

Indeed I did,

Brilliant stuff, just cut the double sided tape into small strips, and fit.

After many jet washes.... Nooo probs.

This for about a fiver...
