Hi all - just tried to get front wheel off my st and it wont come off!!! Have undone 4 wheel nuts and wondering if its got something to do with the huge nut in the centre of the wheel. Any ideas anyone? Thx

BTW what size wheel spacers can you get on without any probs?

once u have took all 4 nuts off it should come off if not do what i did and give it a kick

Yep, its seized and just needs a whack. When putting it back on, it might be an idea to use a little bit of copper grease to prevent it sticking in the future

i had to beat the s**t outta mine to get them off!! I was sweating lol!

Slightly different wheel woe. I've already had to replace a front wheel bearing on my '55 ST. Now the other one is going, at least I hope it's the other one and not the one I've already had done! Should this be happening on a car this age? It's only done 50k. Has anyone else experienced the same?

ford wheel bearings have always been rubbish

yeah i had to get all 4 of mine done twice on my old car... had them done when i got it then 40,000 miles later they went on the rear on the A14 i had to get picked up on a lorry and driven home
