Five pot is dead as is 2.3 4 pot.

The biggest petrol will be a 2.0 Turbo (with various states of tune) and the smallest is a 1.0 3 pot (I think)

Diesel will still go up to 2.2.

I think you can kiss goodbye to the RS, the initial burst of people that will buy anything with an RS badge on have had theirs now and I think they're struggling to sell any more.

I'm still waiting for something to pop up about the new Capri - there's nothing!!

So with the demand for the new coming down, we could all see prices dropping at dealers then?

I doubt it. Without any options it's risen 2k since the end of March, with IIRC three seperate price rises. Ford recently announced yet another across the board increase in their list prices, however it was presented as good news that the RS would not be going up and would be staying at it's present level. However, there's another 2.5% rise coming next month of course due to the VAT increase.
