Today Me, Nicky and Chris Sussex went to Trax at Silverstone. My car was on the Focus stand due to not managing to guage enough interest in having a FordFiestaST stand, I hope next year that we can have one!

The weather was really hot and the sun was shining!!!

New Astra VXR, it sounded great



This car did a 0-60 in 3 seconds and it was hard to try and catch it leaving the line, look at the bloke to the side of the car

Can't beat an RS200 off the starting line !!
Looks like it's wheels are a tad too wide though. I don't know if it's the light but they seem to be sticking out of the body! This same car was among the street cars at rally day. I think it's also the same one leaving the track rallycross style on www.rs200.org (Wait for the video on the main page to load).

An Evo did it in 2.99, which was the quickest of the day but on his second run he blew the 7 thousand pound gear box to bits on launch control... his evo had 750bhp, and the owner is loaded, so not a problem i suppose

I must thank Nicky for being so good and Chris for making the Huge effort of coming all that way.

those RS200's are nice, not many left now in the uk either which is a shame

, cheers Scotty for the pics, some of them are really really good. Had a great time, I now look like a lobster, but hey Im british! (sun burn!). We're some cool cars there, espec that Evo (2.99'er) and the two RS200's who were doing the 0/60 run ALL DAY, and I do mean ALL day! Really liked that white ST with the RS graphics, some pretty simple mods on it too brought the ps to c. 182 from memory.

As for the girls, I soooo remember the Redline girl (remember scott - no pics of her!? (red skirt / dress thing!) and that water strip thing (2nd to last pic), christ...

Those breakdancers were absolutely blinding, some seriously skillful people!

And er.. who the f was that horny little minx in the car park at the end? Christ! I remember the looks on the faces of those blokes in the Blue 'clean up' van! ha ha ha (and the feeling in my boxers). RAR (sorry!)

A great day tho, anyone who didn't come missed out big style and I can't wait until next year. Was also cool to meet a few bods from FFOC and of course alllmoooost have a fight with that IDIOT in the Capri.

oooh and er Scotty... any chance of a souvenir pic... I think u know the one I mean
