Hey all,

Looking into getting either a Miltek cat-back or full system (prices differ slightly lol). I was just wondering what you guys/gals prefer - Resonated or non-resonated exhausts?

There is plenty of video's on youtube, but to be honest, the sound quality isnt all that and some sound very similar!

I want a decent sound but don't want to end up sounding like the chavs round the corner with the big bore Corsa

My friend Mikey had the resonated one on his ST and it was nice and subtle and didnt have the wet fart rasp of a non resonated one. If it had been around when I got mine, I would have had the resonated one.

Oh and I think I remember Mikey saying it didnt feel too drony at motorway speeds too

is there any way someone could do a vid of there resonated exhaust and tell me what system theyve got on it?? i was looking at the non resonated system from millteck but i dont want it to be too loud!

I have Miltek 4-1 mani, sports cat and resonated cat back and honestly it sounds fairly standard when just driving around but a bit more throaty higher in the rev range. The noise suits the power of the car I would say but it is a quality noise not a "chavvy" noise.
