i had a thought today while driving a company car and using its variable wiper intermittent wiper settings, could my pre-facelift do the same using the stalk from a facelift one? or is it more than the controller i would need?
probably an obvious no but i thought i should ask to be sure

You can set the speed I do believe by turning it on then off then back on again after the period of time you want between the strokes....or was this on one of my old cars I can't remember

I'm sure there's a timed relay box Dan, I'd have to do more research to find out more...

ive got the facelift and the variable time settings do my head in. 1 is to fast and then they seem to go up in 3 second spaces. can never get the right setting and end up just leaving it on constant. id rather have the pre face lift model if you can set your own times
