Anyone used these replica sideskirts?

These eBay sideskirts Has anyone used them? What do you reckon about those 3 little gaps I can see on the bottom edge of the skirt? Would all the fittings be underneath/hidden? Also - what should I use to bond them onto the car so thieving pikeys can't remove them with anything short of an acetylene torch? I heard someone say to use silicon - can you recommend anything?
