Relocating the PAS reservoir on the Fiesta ST can lower the temperature of the PAS fluid and help prevent steering failures.
I don't know why Ford decided to locate the PAS reservoir on top of the engine in the first place...
There are a few threads relating to this and a few people have done this. It's not as hard as it seems...

im gonna order one in a few weeks as i melted my tires down lakeside last night n need new ones... also im fed up of my fluid boiling, i changed it 3 weeks ago and its black again

yeah i changed the rears about 3 weeks ago, these ones lasted about 5 months and thats good for me
