so the sun is out. yes alot of us on here are british, and a bit of sun goes to our heads, but as this is probably the hottest day of the year so far, how many of these typical british things have you done.
Thought the weather was nice and cut the grass/gardening

thought the weather was nice and took your shirt off.
thought the weather was nice and went to the pub with your shirt off

so far i have done 2 of the above and that doesent involve taking my shirt off but so many people round sheffield seem to think it is 1m degrees and are half naked. what else have people been upto on this sunny day?

I will admit to having had my shirt off while washing the car this afternoon, before listening to the Carlisle match. It is a pleasant surprise that it's been warm, and it's crazy that just ten days ago here winter was still in full swing - we had an inch of snow, causing the mounatin road to be closed and meaning it took two and a half hours to drive the nine miles to work.

Boxing with the son at 10am till 11.30am, cut the grass when i got home then polished the RS while listening to the Toon game.

Not done any of the above. Went out today to meet up with some old friends but that was planned when the weather wasn't so great. The fact it was sunny was a bonus

Mrs did the garden moving the plants that the snow has killed she also dug out the deck furniture.

I cleaned the car and motorbike before going for a nice long ride with panniers on so I could pic up stuff for the BBQ we had for tea

Did one... cut the grass, then went for drive to see our new house is finally being built.

then clear some old stuff out the garage and started putting bits on ebay.
