right installing my sub into my st. running it off the standard headunit using one off those hi-low signal converters which run off you rear speaker wires and create a rca output. only question is which wires on the rear of the standard st cd player represent the rear left and right channels?

any ideas?? cheers

right just another quick question. got everything wired up but now when i turn on the stereo or just turn the key to position 2 (dash lights on) i am getting a rumble noise and movement form my sub even before i turn on the stereo.
could this be bad earth or do i need one of those ground loop things?

its fine once it gets going on a decent volume. but if its on low volume or if you turn off the stereo with car still running then the subs still moving. its like interference but rca and power cable are seperated so im wondering if it is a bad earth. used 1 off the bolts under the rear seat belt. would boot catch be better?

Did you scratch all the paint off where you bolted it down?
