JUst interested to find out what parts of the new ST peole like the most?

For me u gotta love those seats! and even the back seats look as though they've got leather trim. even the little detail like the scuff plates are gonna look spot on because everyone will notice them when they open the door, as long as you keep them all polished up that is. anyone know anything about the spec thats likely to be inside?

Yeh, I'm very taken on the seats in the ST, they look very cool indeed. I love the exterior as well. Am a person that prefers the subtle styling to the mad mods! I find the only disappointing feature is the stereo arrangement, surely being a car for the enthusiast, won't most people instancley upgrade the unit? I would love to put a Pioneer Avic-X1 in it as I think it would look awesome

be aware that some of those small features... such as the side repeators with the ST logo on them will probably not make production. I'm not sure exactly which will and wont be I wouldn't be suprised if there are more. Kinda disappointing really.

Some people are saying that it's cost cutting, but I have another theory on why bits were removed. The chrome part around the front fog lamps and the styled side repeater would have looked pretty dodgy on a silver car. I guess when they first revealed the ST they hadn't yet decided what colours they would offer it in.

Also, interesting that there are quite a few similarities between Honda's Type-R brand and what Ford are trying to do with ST - revvy N/A engines, red logo, and only Silver / Red / Black cars like the Civic Type-R was initially.

Yup dave and Ford are going to try and outdo the CTR with the RS Version i feel but im not sure if they can quite get there.

I cannot w8 to book a test drive in the ST i dont think ill be disappointed atall.

I'm hoping the ST will have an engine that will power to the red line (and want to go further) and pull nicely in 5th gear at 40mph (as the CTR does in 6th) and have very tactile steering. The aesthetics don't mean anywhere near as much to me, and all the chromy bits were on the version shown in the USA, and they alwasy like things a bit more jazzy that us reserved lot over here.

Does any one know if cruse control with a speed limiter similar to the Clio 182, going to be available on the fiesta st? Because I think it comes as standard on the Mondeo st.
