To be honest I would go to a reputable local garage and get them to do it and stamp the book for you, an oil and filer change will not cost too much. That way you still get to keep your full service history

As long as the car was serviced regularly and properly then I wouldnt be put off. Receipts and stamps and the state of the car would show me it was well looked after which is what counts in my mind.

This is what I am doing. Paid £60 less last service and got the stamp- just as thorough as the Ford lot would be too
