i have a mk5 fiesta zetec s which i removed engine and all loom. i have fitted fiesta st engine box and loom. but it is immobilised. engine and engine loom from a 56 plate fiesta st. car loom, clocks and ecu from a 2005 fiesta st. have you any ideas as when ignition is on, immobiliser lights just flashes. cheers

any ideas as project is stuck at min. cars nearly done but cant go any further.

You need the cluster and PCM from the donor car and possibly the GEM. You can't connect anything from a pre-facelift ST to a Facelift ST as they are wired completely different and have a different CAN bus language

ok, can you clarify what PCM & GEM is? i have a facelift engine, engine loom, i also have clocks keys and ecu from facelift. but my loom from inside the car is from a PRE facelift. so i need a new car loom.

is anyone breaking a facelift that can help me out or know where one is? any help is great. cheers ppl

Yes you need the entire loom from the donor car. Facelift and pre-facelift are not compatible. GEM controls lights locks wipers and immobiliser and is like a big fuse box, it sits above the throttle pedal.

PCM is the ECU sorry

bought a facelift loom and it turns over now. gotta get engine ready to start and fingers crossed. the facelift clocks have all the fancy average speed, average fuel etc on them which is good and the loom has the ford bluetooth built into it with the control box and mic.
