Well i know theres abit of umming and arring over us going over to the Isle of Wight for the next meet!
So just out of curiosity so we can get a ball rolling, has anyone got any idea's,good locations on where we could have our next meet!

Well as you know I'm not bothered by how far I'll have to travel Nicky. If we don't go to the IOW it wouldn't bother me having it somewhere else on the south coast instead. Though wherever it is, I would prefer it to be during that first week in January. I wouldn't want to travel all that way down in one day, and I've been informed that for that particular week there will be a B&B available to me in Coleshill the night before (cheers Scott!) he he.

As much as i would love it to be on the island i think its silly cos of the ferry fare, just too expensive for a short ferry trip

dunno how about then a meet at ace cafe on the A40 when they got something good on or southend or a date later on in the year or early next year at something like what pinky is going to the RWYB thing!!1 depneds on what u wanna do really

Distance is no issue for me, the only issue will be when.

We were looking at 2nd/3rd of January.

Should be ok, but won't know 'til nearer the time, as I'll be starting a new job in November.

2/3 jan is cool. dont mind doing an ACE cafe meet ALSO, but I think we wanted to do a bit of a weekend bender somewhere too. travel / distance to me is not important. tho i draw the line at scotland.

Maybe there are'nt enough people but you could split meets in to a north/south divide.

Have a group meet up somewhere just outside a big town or where there is a cruize night already in the south and then one in the midlands or further north.

Just an idea.

how about visit to the RS WRC Ford HQ in the Lake District? U can get tours round their factory, showing u the WRC cars. cool?

yeh is a trip from london but its not that bad. i reckon itd be the dogs day out!
ill email them and find out tour dates. sods law they wont be open 03/01 but we'll see!
