Has anyone fitted their own stripes, how difficult is it, not the sort of thing you want to make a mess of!!

A simpleton like me gave up in the end

I fitted mine, it's not difficult. Get a piece of string and clip it in to each end of the site skirt and use that as a guide. Pull it tight, the line should be roughly where you want to place the bottom of the stripe.

Apply slowly using a credit card. Think it took me no longer than an hour to do both sides.

I fitted mine, after about 10 minutes of messing it up I called mother down and it took about half hour to do both sides, after all the cleaning was done. I found it much easier if one person holds the other end taught while you peel away the backing and stick down

Me and vicky put ours on, line it up and tack it to the car with masking tape so its straight. This might give you an idea.

I did mine on my own. I dont think it's particularly a 2 man job to be honest. An extra pair of hands might be handy for holding the stripe out. When i did mine it was flopping about a bit in the wind but really no big deal.
