How do you lock the doors when you are already inside in a 2005 Ford Fiesta I can't seem to figure out how to do it.

@ Spark I didn't quite get your statement, meaning the door handle when closed should be push inward? inward to where to me or outside?

See the silver handles you use to actually open the door? Push the drivers side one in towards the outside of the car (if that makes sense lol) and both yours and the passenger door lock will lock. If the passenger does that to their door, it'll just lock their side.

It's usually because I carry my laptop bag and some PC parts and when I'm driving thru traffic you could clearly see the inside, because it is PROHIBITED for us to TINT our windows here.

Lock the car with the key fob and watch what the handles do...
