I'm having a feel of the way my manual gear is shifting, first is short, second gear is a bit short as well and when going to third is always like an extra jump and an acceleration "thud" forward, even when I hang onto the clutch a bit longer in releasing it does this always, then 4th is smooth and 5th is OK

Is this a common flaw or something is wrong with my Fez?

I had this in my old car. Its almost as if though the car is jumping through the gears then when you get to 4th and 5th gear its fine and very smooth. I wouldnt worry about it too much i think its just the way its built.
