Possibly to be badged as Ford Ikon as per the current sedan. Unlikely to come to the UK, but pretty tidy design nonetheless. Interestingly, the Ikon name was originally going to be used on what we now know as the Focus. Would have suited it quite well I think. They chose Focus instead when the Ikon name was leaked to the press.

It will be coming to South Africa in the near future! I can't wait!

Saw these on the road alot when i was in brazil last month. Wasn't a bad looking car, but personally prefer the hatchback. Seemed very popular over there, though.

I like the styling and i guess it appeals to more of the young family that cant afford a 15-20k saloon car and need more space than the conventional small hatchback fiesta.

I like it!!! Wouldn't own one tho as from my focus the only way is faster and performance.

More space is false, hatchbacks usually have more space, the Focus Saloon, and 5 Door are the same on the rear i think, and the boot on the hatch has more space (useable at least)
