i,ve got the factoty built in bluetooth on my 57 reg st and i car,nt get any phone to connect to it anymore, i,ve had it working but now every phone i try and searh for bluetooth devices says no device found. Anybody had same problem or know whats wrong and is it still under warrenty

i connected mine up no problem and used it a little bit.. but then i got a new phone, the phone can find ford audio but for some reason will not connect to it?? whats that about? old phone worked fine. new one is a sony ericson vivaz. someone said that it only works on specific phones, i think that is trolop! lol

my brother had the same problem every time u connect a phone to the car it stores it in its memory so u will havet to go thru ur car Bluetooth settings and reset it to factory settings or just wipe the old phones from it. Even tho u haven't got the old phone connected in the cars menu it will Say active next to it. (something like that anyway) if not then its a trip to fords

do you use the cars radio code to connect or just a random 4 digit number like any other bluetooth pairing ?

looked in car manual and it says press phone button then menu to access settings but when i press the phone buttons it justs mutes the sterio and when i then press menu nothing happenes

Is it full up with phones?
Found with parrots you can only have 5 phones connected

could always disconnect the battery wait 5 mins then reconnect it back that might wipe it

just tried same instruction in transit van with bluetooth and 6006 sterio, when press phone button and then menu it goes to a menu of phones stored on it, so dont know why sony gen 2 wont do it
