Cheers mate, yeah i was toying with the idea of getting somebody to do it for money but then decided i should do it myself. Its the first time ive ever painted something properly with spray paint and not f****d it up, im pretty proud of myself thats for sure!

Mines all done except for the rear diffuser, not 100% pleased with the finish but it'll do for the winter

Pics to follow when all is done

Dan, did you primer them first or just spray with a spray can?
And did they dry in a reasonable amount of time?

I have next week off work so i'm considering doing mine.

Yeah i used grey plastic primer then painted them black, not really sure about the drying time i used a hairdryer so that i could get a layer on then wet and dry sand it then do it again to achieve a really nice smooth finish, my grills are 3 coats primer, 2 coats gloss black and my fog rings are 3 coats primer, 3 coats colorado red and then 2 coats of clear lacquer. Dont do what i did though i stupidly asked my dad how much paint i'd need. he was wrong
