Hi all Fiesta fans,

I have quite a big problem wit gearbox in my car.
It looks like i have lost some speeds in my car. Exactly 2, 4 and reverse.
It feels like it is locked somehow. Other gears are working as usual, that mens perfect.
Any ideas? What should I do now?

Is it under warranty, if so let ford look at it, check the cables are ok at the gear selector end, and at the gearbox end. Make sure they are adjusted correctly or are not damaged.

Unfortunately, it is not under warranty... anyway thanks for helpful tips.

Hi everybody, I've got a simple stupid question for you
I'm about to change the silly stupid 1.4 diesel engine of my fiesta with a decent 2.0 st one, the thing is that the original gearbox of the crushed st that I'm about to buy got broken so i was wondering if the same IB5 that I've got with the diesel will fit and work properly? I was also thinking about changing the internals from the broken one to mine since only the outer box is damaged. Any suggestions?
