Well last night on way home from work the little orange engine light came on so pulled over turned the car off and then would not start again like it had flat battery.
So called the AA and he came got the car started and said get it checked,then tryed to pull away put the lights on and the ABS light came on he said should be fine just take it to garage in the morining, tryed again then the rev counter stoped and where the mailage is a message saying EAU FAIL so then had to be towed to the dealer.
So this moring hubby went to garage and it is the alternator has gone.

Oh no! Thats not good. Have you any idea how long its going to take for them to get it sorted?

Well there said it will be done on monday.
Not to bothered as there have to pay for the rent of the car i havr got now.

Got it back today all fixed there even valeted it for me and a voucer for £15 worth of petrol

glad to hear you have it back, sounds like the customer service wasnt too bad either, just a shame it had to happen in the first place

Blimey!! can't fault the service then.....unless they took it out for a "spin" used £15 of petrol and got it filthy

Well I have to say that was quite nice of them. Just a shame that not everyone receives the same level of customer service from their dealer.

Well the thing is, who are you more likely to buy a car off in the future or recommend to friends? A dealer that treats you well or one that messes you about.

Well car going back in garage tomorrow as it has broken again

Well the same light came on but no the garage said it is the heater sensor and the cat are showing problems this time.
