Does anyone know how to remove the air vents with the surround carefully without scratching them on the new style vents (flaps not the ball). I need to replace 3 cos they're very flimsey n they've snapped so one out of two is just flappin about lol.
Can anyone help me?

i believe that the in the new fez the surround just comes off with a pull but wait for confirmation on this =)

I know the ball type are a pain the a** to remove.

The newer ones are just a pull out operation

I carefully tock mine off and all I did was pull and twist and it came out fairly easy.

what??? ive hand boths hands and feet on my dash tousin at the thing and it still wont budge. I rang ford parts up today to see if they just sell the flaps instead of buyin the whole unit. They said you'd have to buy the whole thing n they want £17 for one??? ermmm.....
i think i might visit my local scrapper

or there was 2 on ebay for a tenner...
