No clue if they are easy to fit as the driver side has completely broken off in my car and the passenger one has just stopped working.

Can you link the page on FordPartsUK, where you found the seat handles?

Kev will be the one to ask.
I have tried to remove one from a spare set of seats and it was a nightmare.

yeah I've been reading that the seat handles are by default faulty, so they will break a lot :S, seems ford were cutting corners on price and never tested the handles that well.

I tend just fling open my door, sprint round the car and coax the handle up. Now that my car is out of warranty im being super careful.

I have no choice about using the back seat because i have to put the baby in the back every day, ill have to have a look around and see if anywhere can fix it for me or just go to ford and get charged £500

piss easy. just pull the old one out, it will come, just wiggle it a bit. I used a hacksaw though tbh. the new one drops in far easier, just clicks in place.

when its in, feed the cable with bar through and hey presto!

£17 all in.

it is easy.
