Hi guys.

I've saved up a bit of money, about £400 and wonder if you had any suggestions on how best to spend it on my car? I'm not that bothered about mod's like induction kit/exhaust etc, i was thinking more a long the lines of better brakes/tyres/Suspension improvements.

Could you help?

Definitely get it lowered, for that money you could get some coilovers Or, get some lowering springs and a brake upgrade. I'd just replace the tires when needed tbh

The first thing i would have done is the k&n kit, but as you aint bothered about engine mods, as above really, lowering springs and maybe some better tyres, if you aint upping the power the standard brakes are ok, but the springs and tyres will help the handling.

if you dont want to go over the top how bout the extra low springs from rude racing? then do little things like leather gear gaitor etc? tyres all depends what you have on already i guess. if you have decent tyres dont waste money changing them just yet. strut brace maybe, pretty cheap mod??

if I were you I'd keep it safe someplace for a rainy day, our FEZ tends to breakdown a lot now and then and it is hurting my pocket and my back, so keep it for a rainy day......me still in broke mode and under the rain so it's sad and not a nice place to be.

Definitely lower! My standard brakes were fine for me supercharged so no need to uprate them!
