Right guys I'm thinking of removing my ott stripes this weekend and my dad keeps saying I can't remove them because of the colour fade and it will ruin my car :/ so I'm asking you lot to put him straight lol

Can I see pictures of before and after? I'm guessing tar remover and a good machine polish after?

Even if red does fade slightly (I dont personally think it will) then you only have to polish it and it will be okay.











I just gave mine a good clean after, polish and wax and you couldnt tell a thing. Just buy some bug & tar remover to get any excess glue off.

Also another time, head the striped up well with a hair drier and pull them off slow. There is definately a technique to it, if its too cold or you pull to quick it just breaks away.

They were a bit high lol.

Heat them up 1st tho Hot, not boiling water or very carefully with a hairdryer

White without a dought looks better with just the side stripes!!!
