Hi guys, im fairly new to this site and ive found you all very welcoming I need some adivce, whats the best performance package to go for? Pumaspeed seem to be better value for money. But there up north so i would spend a fortune driving there as im from essex. Alot of people on here prefer mountune? I have the funds in my savings account ready to be spent. Im just very unsure what kit to go for?? i dont want to rush into anything... Or would it be best to get the parts individually and gradually work my way up, would this be cheaper?

Pumaspeed
ST171 £799.95
ST 182 £1099.99
ST 190 £1499.99 (The kit im most intrested in)
I assume these prices are excluding fitting?? and is the power garanteed? I rang pumaspeed and they obvisouly said it is garanteed but i read on here that sometimes you dont get the power they promise?

I cant seem to find any packages for Jamsport? Do they only do individual bolt ons?

Moutune
ST 165 £1434.52 (excluding fitting)
ST 185 £1838.11 (excluding fitting)

Sorry for all the questions guys. PLEASE HELP ME! Cheers

if you have the money get the best one you can. mountune is approved by ford and if your with greenlight insurance theres no extra charge on your insurance. dont think theres a lot of diff in gains between the ST190 or mountunes ST185 kit tbh. believe the miltek exhaust system is similar if not the same as mountune??

should be happy either one you go with tbh.

pumaspeed kits never make the power

mountune kits always make the power.

mountune FTW simples

p.s. my mountune 185 did 204bhp at fast fords power run day last year - lol

i had the ST190 from pumaspeed.I had 186 hp at the dyno.BUT only from 6.400 to 6900 rpms.Below that it was crap.So i removed the kit and went to another solution

(check signature)

I have heard that SWR kit is also good http://stevewyndhamracing.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=32

his page is currently having a small problem.
