Anyone know of any -60mm lowering springs? Can't find *any* for the mk6

I personally think that that would be too low, aswell as making the ride awful it would look too low in my opinion. I also think that you would have to change the dampers aswell if you wanted to drop it that much so it could prove to be very expensive.

The biggest drop springs i've seen for the fiesta are 45mm but i'd stick to 30. Its enough to look lowered but it still keeps some comfort

Well!

Went to Ford today, asked about the Eibach springs. £138 for 4, not too bad.

How much for fitting?

£260. Two-hundred-sixty-fucking-pounds! **1 hour per corner!!!** Incredible.
And that's for a 35mm drop Just don't think it's low enough, especially with wee 15in zetec alloys, don't forget. Grrr

How strange Nicki has been quoted £181.87 (see a few posts above). Sounds like your dealers trying it on.

Yep he definately is. Just gonna go to a guy my neighbour uses, £100 all in, and he's never had any problems with him before.

Still not happy with 35mm. Must... find... cheaper... coilovers!

Fair point. But I'm not gonna travel far to another Ford dealer, to get quoted a price a few quid less. Not much point in that.

This guy is recommended, has done my neighbours last 3 cars, so I should be safe enough. It's a new style Fiesta, 2003.

Lindsay Ford, and another dealership just up the road. Both in Belfast.

Tbh, I don't really care whether Ford fit it or not, as long as it's not extortionate, and they come recommended. Which he isn't, and does

Eibach website! Clicky!

Click on map of Europe> Skip Intro (its boring!)> Automotive & 2 Wheel> Application Guide (on the left hand side menu, second one down)> Ford> Fiesta> Pro Kit>

Hey presto the table with the parts numbers specific for the springs they've used on the ST.
