Yesterday I thought I better go and check that my wheel nuts were still tight after 6 months of driving But I was suprised to find that only my drivers side wheels had locking nuts on and the passengers were normal nuts. Is this just a mistake on my car or is it the same on everyones?
I've just double checked and they definitely should have them on each wheel. Mine certainly does, not sure whos to blame for yours not being right, but you should get in touch with the dealer about it.
Very odd indeed. You definitely need one locking nut on each wheel. The passenger side wheels arent any less desireable than the ones on the other side. When i changed my alloys, i bought some new aftermarket locking nuts anyway, to reduce the odds even further

Yep, having had to buy a new set recently, def only packs of 4. Well these are the McGard's not sure about any other brand. Even Ford only offered them as a set of 4

When i bought my ST i found that i have actually got two sets of locking wheel nuts on my car so two different nuts on each wheel. Bit strange i thought.
