Does the fiesta torque steer when you boot it in first and get to about 5000rpm or should i get it checked? I'm gonna get my tracking checked tomorrow

should hold a good straight line, no torque steer, it might in the wet on PZeros but not in dry.

on the some roads mine is all over the place normally but on a flat surface it doesn't at all

yeah it was a bit wet and i dont think my steering was straight when i did coz i was stopped at a roundabout. Thanks everybody

I think the camber of the roads really affect the ST!

took it to get the tracking done and i need to get 2 new front tyres as they're bald round the edge so looks like i'm gonna have to call ford

Never heard of the having torque steer. Check that you are not booting it from an adverse camber as this could cause it like others have said.

yeah the roads arent very level round where i work so i'll take care in future when i put my foot down. hopefully it'll be alright when i get 2 new tyres fitted. Thanks everybody

torquesteer in a st is minimal if any...my last car (astra vxr) had a craziest torquesteer ever!!

PSML... I drove my when i first got it down the m42 and decided in January to do a 3rd gear kick down following a lorry at 50mph to pass him... This took me clean to the outside lane.

I can assure you i've never done that again and dont generally drive it in the freezing temperatures... unless it's going to Upper Derwent Valley in Derbyshire to get some snow pics... which in all honesty proved scary and extremely long to drive around.

Try 40mph, down in to second for an overtake in slightly greasy conditions....just not possible
