Hey guys,

Im booked in for a service tomorrow morning, my car is a 57 plate Fiesta ST has done only 8800 miles, what can i expect them to carry out for this service? It has already had a service at 2069 miles and 4700 miles.....

Appreciate its short timing to reply before tomorrow morning, but would appreciate feedback.

Depends if you are having a full service or major service. If you are having a major service it should include;

Oil filter change
Fuel filter change..
Air Filter change...
Engine Oil
Break Oil Checkup
Breakliner checkup (To be repleced if worn out)
Transmission oil checking
Differential oil checking
Battery check
Engine tuning
Radiator water check
Complete greasing
Suspension checking
wheel alignment.

It also depends on what garage you talk it to, ask the garage what they are check or replace. Hope this is of some help

mine had only done a couple of thousand miles between services, and it was only 12,000 miles, so i had a word with the service manager and he said all it needed was an oil and filter change, that was it, it also had its body and paint check.
It had such a low mileage that the pollen filter etc did not need doing as they were done at 10,000 miles. Tell the service manager what miles its been serviced at.

With that age it will be a major service, so the list as Ben Jamin says.

Is it a third year service mate because if it is it will be as my post above, you have a k&n filter fitted so you dont need an air filter, the fuel filter on the st does not need changing till 75,000 miles, so i wouldnt bother with that, the gearbox will only be checked if a leak is spotted as its a sealed for life box. I would have a word with the service manager and see what he says, you will be only wasting money having things done that you dont need doing.
If it is the major service or 4 year 50,000 mile service here you go.
